About NEIECC
Mission: Connecting communities to advance early care and education opportunities for all families.
We believe every family in Northeast Indiana should have access to affordable and quality care to ensure Better Beginnings for all children. NEIECC includes 11 counties in Northeast indiana, including Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben Wabash, Wells, and Whitley.
Though our work is focused in Northeast Indiana, we are committed to supporting all early care and education providers throughout Indiana.
